I started creating as Ngraphie in 2016 after discovering joy in hand-lettering, which included learning the basics of modern calligraphy. Not only was I still finding my way around Germany and learning the language, parenthood was still new for me at the time – being able to create and express myself through the art was somewhat therapeutic. I have been lucky since to have had the opportunity to explore various other art mediums along the way through self-learning (mostly books and YouTube) as well as attending creative / art classes (both online and in-person). My current favourite mediums are printmaking, mixed media and watercolour. Creativity has become one of my outlets to connect with myself and others.
In 2021 after a seemingly endless struggle with the “Imposter Syndrome” phenomena, it was time to get unstuck – enough with all the noise! You don’t need to have it all figured out to move forward. “Let’s just do this, Naz and grow as we goooo!”, I gave myself that final push. Continuing my journey as a freelance artist was a big step for me. This gives me the opportunity to be present as a full-time stay at home mama while continuing to create and pursue my passion in arts and crafts. All praise be to The Almighty, a huge gratitude shoutout goes to my supportive husband, family members and friends who have given me encouragement as well as opportunities to further explore and grow in this journey. And to my two beautiful children, who are the constant inspiration and motivation for me to keep moving forward.
Sharing more of my creativity and passion in arts and crafts with others, especially children, is one of my ongoing aspiration. I am open to all possibilities leading on to this path in the near future. Follow me on my creative adventures and let’s create some magic together!

CREATIONS @ NGRAPHIE
I create to explore, to express and to heal. My designs are mostly minimal with some colour play involved. Keepin’ it simple is my current life Motto. I have been on a mission to keep my life simple from every aspect, including the style of my creations. Just like myself, Ngraphie will continue to evolve but the intention at heart will always be that I use my voice to inspire and empower others to find their magic in whatever they love to do, encourage connectivity and spread love. The dream is to simplify and serve.

I am a Malaysian, currently residing in Germany with my husband and two kids. I am a believer in the beauty of the everyday magic, a passionate artist / illustrator, an exploring creative and a lifelong learner; thriving 1% forward each day towards attaining a well-balanced life – mind, body and heart.
PASSION IS ENERGY
I love capturing every day moments either through a camera lens or with some paint brushes / pens in hand and I am passionate about sharing my creativity with others. Squeezing in some reading time in between taking care of our home and making mindful attempts at being present around my loved ones is also something I put a lot of my energy into. My free time is best spent creating, learning or connecting. I also enjoy the little things like having a cuppa in my magic corner or at a cozy cafe nearby. “How can I use my energy to make the world a better place in my own little ways?” is something I often ask and remind myself to act upon whenever possible.
