I am tired of rushing.
Rushing to be somewhere… rushing into a conclusion of a situation… rushing to react to something… rushing into building a connection / friendship… rushing to get my kids into bed…LOL!
One thing I am working on to leave behind in 2022 are these repeated patterns of RUSHING! Practicing to PAUSE – BREATHE – HUGS – LOVE has so far helped.
PAUSE to identify what’s actually going on
BREATHE to slow down and reflect on why it’s happening
HUGS to embrace whatever that is going on
LOVE to respond in the best possible way I know how
